You have 7 days from when your order is delivered to return it. It must be returned in new condition. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it for wear and issue refunds accordingly. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used. Exchanges for store credit are available under the same circumstances for all products. It depends on where you are. Orders processed within the US will generally take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas shipments will take longer, depending on the mail carrying systems in your country.
We do! Iris is our one-woman powerhouse. With over 20 years of experience working with leather, she designs and creates each piece from full hide to final rivet.
We offer 15% off your first order (just sign up for our newsletter) and normally have an Anniversary sale once a year in August. If you don't get an email from signing up for our newsletter, check your spam folder. If it's not in there just send us an email and we'll help you out.
Unfortunately we do not. While we don’t offer custom designs, you may email us (with your order number) if you need a longer strap on your bag. That is something we can definitely do!
