Change your mind?  We understand.

You have 7 days from when you receive your order to send it back to us. 

BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. Send us an email at CONNECT@LUNASALEATHER.COM, and we will be in contact to get you all set up with your return as quickly as possible. (Returns will not be accepted without prior email confirming your return)

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we would love to know why. This is valuable information and we appreciate your feedback. 

Any item not in its original condition or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your return, we inspect it to make sure it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

SALE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned. Custom strap length bags are also ineligible for refund.

Exchanges: 

If you wish to exchange your purchase, Please send us an email explaining the situation. Bags must be unused in original condition. For example, if you purchase a bag in black and would rather have it in brown, send us an email, send the bag back and we will ship out the new color. It's that simple.
